Visión general y principales funciones

En Prysmian estamos buscando un@ Analista de comercio exterior con base en Bogotá, Colombia quien estará encargado de gestionar los procesos operativos de comercio exterior para Colombia y Ecuador, asegurando el correcto seguimiento de importaciones y exportaciones, la gestión documental aduanera, el control de costos asociados y la coordinación con proveedores, agencias y entidades externas, con el fin de garantizar el cumplimiento normativo, la eficiencia operativa y la continuidad del negocio

Principales responsabilidades

Gestionar, revisar y controlar las facturas asociadas a costos adicionales de las operaciones de importación y exportación de Colombia y Ecuador. Registrar en SAP las facturas correspondientes a costos adicionales, asegurando la exactitud y oportunidad de la información. Elaborar, administrar y mantener actualizada la documentación requerida para procesos aduaneros y de cumplimiento normativo, incluyendo poderes, mandatos y formatos asociados a la Circular 170. Revisar y validar los precios finales de los productos en SAP, asegurando su correcta parametrización y consistencia en el sistema. Realizar seguimiento a las operaciones de importación en Colombia y Ecuador, gestionando trámites ante entidades como DIAN, SENAE, VUCE e INEN y controlando los tiempos de nacionalización. Elaborar, gestionar y hacer seguimiento a las solicitudes de pago relacionadas con los procesos de nacionalización en Ecuador. Elaborar, controlar y actualizar el presupuesto mensual de nacionalizaciones en Ecuador. Gestionar la documentación de exportaciones, incluyendo DEX, facturación comercial y certificados de origen. Coordinar y hacer seguimiento a las operaciones logísticas con forwarders y navieras, asegurando el cumplimiento de los tiempos de embarque, tránsito y entrega de mercancías.

¿A quién buscamos?

  • Profesional en Comercio Exterior, Negocios Internacionales, Administración o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia de 1 a 2 años en operaciones de comercio exterior (importaciones y/o exportaciones), preferiblemente en empresas del sector industrial o manufacturero.
  • Conocimientos en régimen aduanero colombiano y ecuatoriano (DIAN, SENAE, VUE, VUCE y Decreto 1165 de 2019), Incoterms y gestión documental de comercio exterior.
  • Manejo de Excel en nivel intermedio-avanzado y deseable experiencia en SAP.
  • Inglés nivel B1 para lectura e interpretación de documentación técnica.

Overview and key responsibilities

At Prysmian, we are looking for a Foreign Trade Analyst based in Bogotá, Colombia, who will be responsible for managing the operational processes related to foreign trade for Colombia and Ecuador, ensuring the proper tracking of imports and exports, handling customs documentation, controlling associated costs, and coordinating with suppliers, agencies, and external entities, in order to ensure regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and business continuity.

Main responsibilities

Manage, review, and monitor invoices related to additional costs for import and export operations in Colombia and Ecuador. Record invoices for additional costs in SAP, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of the information. Prepare, manage, and keep up to date the documentation required for customs and regulatory compliance processes, including powers of attorney, mandates, and forms associated with Circular 170. Review and validate the final prices of products in SAP, ensuring they are correctly configured and consistent throughout the system. Monitor import operations in Colombia and Ecuador, handling procedures with entities such as DIAN, SENAE, VUCE, and INEN, and tracking nationalization timelines. Prepare, manage, and track payment requests related to nationalization processes in Ecuador. Prepare, monitor, and update the monthly budget for nationalizations in Ecuador. Manage export documentation, including DEX, commercial invoices, and certificates of origin. Coordinate and monitor logistics operations with freight forwarders and shipping lines, ensuring compliance with shipment, transit, and delivery schedules for goods.

Who are we looking for?

  • Degree in Foreign Trade, International Business, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in foreign trade operations (imports and/or exports), preferably at companies in the industrial or manufacturing sector.
  • Knowledge of Colombian and Ecuadorian customs regulations (DIAN, SENAE, VUE, VUCE, and Decree 1165 of 2019), Incoterms, and foreign trade documentation management.
  • Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with SAP is a plus.
  • B1-level English proficiency for reading and interpreting technical documentation.
