  • Analyse monthly financial performance against budget and forecast, identifying key trends and variances.
  • Produce insightful management reporting packs and financial commentary.
  • Analyse revenue, costs, margins and KPI performance.
  • Work collaboratively with Financial Control and Commercial Finance teams to deliver meaningful business insights.
  • Investigate performance drivers and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Conduct detailed analysis around customer profitability, pricing strategies, product mix and operational efficiency.
  • Support business planning through scenario modelling, sensitivity analysis and ROI assessments.
  • Champion reporting automation and data transformation initiatives using Power BI and FP&A systems.

You'll ideally have:

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline.

  • Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
  • Experience using ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.

  • A strong understanding of forecasting, margin analysis and commercial performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • The ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively across multiple business functions.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

If you're looking for your next challenge in FP&A and want to make a real impact within a dynamic and growing business, we'd love to hear from you.
