Planning and Budgeting</strong><br>(i) Assist on annual budget preparation.<br>(ii) Assist on monthly forecast preparation.<br>(iii) Track weekly forecast variance. In order to provide accurate and timely reports</p> <p><br><strong>2. Inventory Risk tracking/Analysis</strong><br>(i) Inventory reserve preparation<br>(ii) High light inventory risks and opportunities mthly<br>(iii) Monitor inventory physical count.<br>In order to comply with corporate policies and risk control</p> <p><br><strong>3. Costing accounting</strong><br>(i) Data prepare(Mater master/Routine/Std cost);<br>(ii) Mth ending JE booking<br>(iii) PPV programme and analysis<br>(iv) Mat. usage analyzing <br>(v) Production scrap report preparin</p> <p><br><strong>4. FA accounting</strong><br>(i) Familiar with Capital Assets policy and comply with the policy(Include local policy)；<br>(ii) Prepare FA management report(Acquisitions, disposal, transfer etc.) and leading fixed <br>assets physical count.</p> <p>(iii) Issuing Asset Tags to assets responsible department<br>(iv) Intercompany Transfers of Fixed Assets data preparing and follow to financial posting<br>(v) Follow Open PO&amp;IO&amp;CIP tracking report by month<br>(vi) CER review and budget control with report and management</p> <p><br><strong>5.
