Overview Responsibilities Accountabilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders across North America, Europe, and LATAM, with the role ideally based in Mexico. Provide functional support for incidents and service requests across all sectors related to the SPOT Finance Data Lake, SPOT Alteryx processes, and FP&A Cockpit data requests. Partner closely with FP&A Product Owners and business subject matter experts to elicit, understand, and document business requirements. Analyze business data requirements and translate them into logical data designs that meet local, sector, and global needs. Apply a solid functional understanding of financial concepts (including P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and Operating Expenses) to data modeling and data flow design activities. Collaborate with database designers and technical teams to translate data designs into physical data implementations. Build, test, and support solutions, including participation in data validation and reconciliation activities. Develop and/or support supplementary data flows using Alteryx to enhance core Finance Data Lake processes, as required. Prepare and groom DevOps user stories and features in advance of Program Increment (PI) Planning. Act as a key member of the SPOT Product Team, working collaboratively to ensure Global Planning and Sector requirements are clearly understood and effectively translated into SPOT solution designs. Qualifications Qualifications: key skilss: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience spanning Information Technology and business functions, including data modeling and analytics; finance domain experience is strongly preferred. At least 1 year of hands-on experience navigating and working with data in Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse, Teradata, or comparable database technologies. Minimum 1 year of experience designing, developing, and maintaining Alteryx workflows. Strong SQL proficiency, with the ability to analyze data for development validation, troubleshooting, and operational support. Experience with Azure-based data and analytics solutions is a strong advantage. Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable, high-performing data solutions. Ability to independently solve moderately complex problems with minimal guidance. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels and across diverse backgrounds. Proven ability to work autonomously and proactively, managing multiple deliverables simultaneously in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. Working knowledge of Agile / Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and DevOps delivery practices. Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, customer-focused environment characterized by rapid change, short lead times, and competing priorities. Experience in the Food, Beverage, or Manufacturing industry is preferred.
