🚨 We're Hiring: FP&A Senior Analyst
📍 Location: Hyderabad India – Hybrid
🕒 Full-Time | Permanent Position
PURPOSE :
I. Position Summary
We are seeking a highly analytical, proactive, and collaborative FP&A Analyst to join our Commercial Finance team. In this role, you will be the dedicated financial partner for our Pools business segment, driving performance visibility through monthly P&L analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) management.
II. Key Responsibilities
Business Partnering & Segment Support
- Providing end-to-end commercial financial support to drive growth and profitability for the Pools business segment,
- Collaborate closely with Commercial teams and FP&A leaders to align financial targets with operational strategies.
Budgeting, Forecasting & Performance Tracking
- Support the end-to-end annual Budgeting and periodic Forecasting processes.
- Accurately load financial data into corporate planning systems and track ongoing performance against established targets.
- Perform deep-dive variance analysis (Actuals vs. Budget/Forecast/Prior Periods) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Financial Reporting & Sales Incentives
- Own the monthly reporting cycle, analyzing the segment P&L statement to provide clear commentary on drivers of revenue and margin.
- Manage and govern the Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) process, ensuring accurate calculations, tracking, and alignment with commercial performance milestones.
Data & Systems Management
- Leverage a robust tech stack (OneStream, SAP, Snowflake) on a daily basis to extract, clean, and consolidate financial data.
- Build, maintain, and enhance dynamic dashboards in Power BI and Tableau to democratize data and improve leadership visibility.
- Advance financial modeling capabilities using advanced Excel and deliver high-impact presentations via PowerPoint.

IV. Qualifications & Experience
- Education: CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) or Semi-Qualified Professional
- Experience: 5 to 8 years of relevant corporate experience in Finance, Accounting, Costing, Budgeting, and Forecasting
