Overview The Corporate FP&A Sr analyst will support our Global Planning COE to continue to accelerate digital capabilities within the function. This role will work closely with Corporate Teams, Regions, and Operating Units to develop and roll-out systems, analytical tools and provide overall planning support as part of Finance digitalization journey. This is an exciting and challenging role within a high-performing team, driving results in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Driving PepsiCo’s Digital Transformation agenda by championing digital tools and building digital capability across the FP&A function Ensuring delivering of high-quality Close, Forecast, AOP, ESP results for PepsiCo by setting up the reporting planning tools and systems in line with reporting requirements for efficient analysis and insights. Own the data integrity from FP&A POV by overseeing end-to-end data flow between the systems. Technically validate data and identify any gaps and errors and rebuild the submission process with mitigation for the potential issues. Support on the technical submission process for commercial finance and other relevant deliverables, such as VRN, EPS, OpEx P&L details, Investment horizon, A&M investments Tier 2, Brand P&L, and e-commerce. Support external PepsiCo reporting needs with data analytics. Driving TM1/Mosaic and Cockpit 2.0 adoption with the particular focus on developing and implementing an ongoing Cockpit 2.0 validation process to deliver an improved Cockpit data integrity. Global Cockpit users access approval and quarterly Global Cockpit user’s audit. Conducting company-wide training sessions on planning digital capabilities with the objective that systems logic and reporting needs are understood and well-integrated into the planning agenda. Constantly seeking streamlining and simplification opportunities, particularly when it comes to digitalization Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or administration 5+ years of practical work experience with finance/business development Fluency in English Solid FP&A skills and interest in digitalization / latest technologies Ability to quickly learn various in-house software applications Compensation and Benefits: The expected starting compensation range for this position is 231000,0 PLN annually. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. This role is eligible for an annual bonus of 15% of annual salary, based on performance and eligibility.
