Parra Consulting Group (PCG) is seeking a G-4 Non-Tactical Vehicle (NTV) Analyst to support USARC Analyst Support Services, based at Fort Bragg, NC / USARC Headquarters with periodic travel. This position provides enterprise Army Reserve NTV program analysis and subject matter expert support, analyzing GSA Drive-Thru fleet data and supporting fleet policy and reporting for the Government customer. The role requires a SECRET clearance and required CAC and site access, and is a full-time, generally 8:00 AM–4:30 PM ET, Monday–Friday, onsite position with telework only as approved by the Government.


This successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

  • Provide enterprise Army Reserve NTV program analysis and SME support.
  • Analyze monthly GSA Drive-Thru inventory, mileage, maintenance, expenses, accidents, recalls, and utilization.
  • Maintain and support DPAS data, vehicle profiles, equipment pools, mileage, and transfers.
  • Support VAM/VURB, CAM, 701 waivers, and FAST reporting.
  • Track misuse/serious-incident reports and investigations.
  • Analyze policy, fleet optimization, budget ceilings, and resourcing.
  • Coordinate NTV training, fleet-manager forums, and staff-assistance visits.


Required Qualifications

  • Current and active SECRET Security Clearance; interim SECRET acceptable pending final adjudication before full performance.
  • Ability to serve as technical SME for an Army/DoD non-tactical vehicle fleet program.
  • Must obtain and maintain required CAC and site access.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Army/DoD/GSA fleet-management or NTV program experience.
  • Familiarity with AR 58-1, GSA Drive-Thru, DPAS, VAM/VURB, FAST, CAM, BOACs, and fleet-utilization analysis.
  • Experience with vehicle incident/misuse reporting, investigations, waivers, fleet transfers, budgeting, and data calls.
  • Experience with policy development, fleet training, and senior Government briefings.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong analytical skills applied to fleet utilization, cost, and incident data.
  • Proficiency with GSA Drive-Thru, DPAS, and related fleet-management systems.
  • Ability to develop clear policy recommendations and senior-level briefings.
  • Strong attention to detail in tracking budgets, waivers, and incident investigations.
  • Ability to coordinate fleet training and staff-assistance visits across the enterprise.
