About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a G&A Cost Allocation Analyst. This role will be based in 6750 Building, Makati City, Philippines.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Prepare, review, and post journal entries (recurring, accrual, allocation, residual clearing, and adjusting) and support month-end and period-end close activities.

  • Perform G&A cost allocations across departments, assets, or projects, including monitoring time-writing compliance and validating allocation drivers to ensure accurate and equitable cost distribution.

  • Manage account reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of reconciling items in accordance with accounting policies, SOX controls, and documentation requirements.

  • Perform variance analysis and generate financial and operational reports to support G&A cost reviews, financial reporting, and management decision-making.

  • Collaborate with upstream, downstream, and cross-functional stakeholders to gather allocation inputs, resolve end-to-end process issues, and maintain data integrity.

  • Prepare and maintain accruals, allocation settlements, residual cost clearing entries, and other accounting adjustments required during the close process.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to eliminate, simplify, standardize, and automate accounting and offshored finance processes, while supporting stabilization of transitioned activities.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy

  • Good oral and written communication skills

  • Strong analytical, teamwork and customer engagement skills

  • Must have the propensity to work in a proactive, results-oriented, and customer-focused environment.

  • Enjoys working with people of diverse cultural backgrounds


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiar with JDE

  • Familiar with productivity tools (Power pivot, Power query, Power BI, etc.)
