About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a G&A Cost Allocation Analyst. This role will be based in 6750 Building, Makati City, Philippines.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Prepare, review, and post journal entries (recurring, accrual, allocation, residual clearing, and adjusting) and support month-end and period-end close activities.
Perform G&A cost allocations across departments, assets, or projects, including monitoring time-writing compliance and validating allocation drivers to ensure accurate and equitable cost distribution.
Manage account reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of reconciling items in accordance with accounting policies, SOX controls, and documentation requirements.
Perform variance analysis and generate financial and operational reports to support G&A cost reviews, financial reporting, and management decision-making.
Collaborate with upstream, downstream, and cross-functional stakeholders to gather allocation inputs, resolve end-to-end process issues, and maintain data integrity.
Prepare and maintain accruals, allocation settlements, residual cost clearing entries, and other accounting adjustments required during the close process.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to eliminate, simplify, standardize, and automate accounting and offshored finance processes, while supporting stabilization of transitioned activities.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Accountancy
Good oral and written communication skills
Strong analytical, teamwork and customer engagement skills
Must have the propensity to work in a proactive, results-oriented, and customer-focused environment.
Enjoys working with people of diverse cultural backgrounds
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiar with JDE
Familiar with productivity tools (Power pivot, Power query, Power BI, etc.)
