<p>Main tasks<br>Drive and own the further development of the data product layer of our Enterprise Datalake to meet both user and internal needs. <br>Align with local and global stakeholders to ensure the platform's scalability, reliability and security<br>Together with your team ensure high quality of the services you are responsible for and initiate improvement measures as well as functionality<br>Stay abreast of the newest technologies and trends in the big data and data mesh domain<br>Act as the point of contact for new demands and requests from business customers looking to consume data from our Enterprise Datalake in the form of Data Products<br>Collaborate with data product owners and user teams to understand their data requirements and provide suitable solutions.<br>Test new features as well as improvements and suggest implementation if beneficial<br>Demonstrate fluent communication skills in English (spoken and written)  </p> <p>Job Requirements <br>minimum requirement to carry out the work - you might want to point out "additional plus/nice to have skills" that are not mandatory</p> <p>Education    <br>Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related fields.</p> <p>Work experience    <br>Minimum 3-4 years related working experience as a Product Owner, Project Manager or Business Consultant in data focused domains <br>Before that minimum 3-4 years related working experiences as a Data Engineer using cloud platforms like Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse or others<br>Technical &amp; Professional Knowledge (mandatory)    <br>Experience in an Agile way of working with a DevOps mindset<br>In-depth know how with Lakehouse or Data Mesh concepts ideally on Azure Databricks or Synapse platform, other platforms also welcome<br>Strong requirements engineering and backlog management skills<br>Experience with managing projects and tasks through Azure DevOps or similar tools<br>Comfortable with customer facing roles and with leading and managing teams or projects<br>Coming from a data engineering background having solid understanding of SQL, database technologies, data modelling and Business Intelligence area</p> <p>Technical &amp; Professional Knowledge (additional plus/nice to have skills)</p> <p>Experience with Azure Databricks, Azure Datafactory, Azure Synapse <br>Ideally, application of AI tools in any phase of the lifecycle of data solutions <br>PowerBI as one of the main tools of our users<br>Integration knowledge, how metadata can be exchanged with other applications<br>Experience with data cataloguing tools e.g. Collibra or Unity Catalog<br>Team player with strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills</p>
