About the role The Global Business Process Analyst will drive the optimization, harmonization, and digital enablement of commercial processes across Sulzer’s three divisions Flow, Services and Chemtech.This role supports strategic initiatives within the Sulzer 2028 Strategy, enabling agile, data-driven decision-making and scalable process improvements across global sales and commercial operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a newly established global function to optimise end‑to‑end commercial processes—spanning lead‑to‑order, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management—using LEAN and Six Sigma principles.
Design and govern enterprise‑wide commercial process standards, facilitating workshops to define challenges, capture requirements, and map global “as‑is” and “to‑be” processes.
Act as the strategic link between business and IT, partnering across Commercial Excellence, Finance, Operations, and IT to shape solutions, support Salesforce CRM/CPQ initiatives, and manage UAT and deployment.
Strengthen global commercial systems and data governance, overseeing Salesforce CRM, CPQ, master data, and champion networks across all business units.
Drive change, adoption, and governance by delivering training, documentation, and stakeholder engagement while promoting compliance, accountability, and ethical business practices.
Your Profile
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related field
4–7 years of experience in business process analysis, preferably in B2B commercial environments
Strong understanding of sales and service workflows across multiple business units
Proficiency in process mapping and continuous improvement methodologies
Hands-on experience with Salesforce, SAP SD, CPQ, and BI tools
Any Salesforce Certification (Administration, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud or CPQ specialist) will be preferred.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in a global context
Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., German, French) are a plus
