What the day will look like As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions of Aon;s Business Services' COE. Leading teams and providing direction and guidance to team members to achieve common goals. Develop a team strategy, train team members, facilitate team communication, monitor and manage the team's work, and ensure all support services are operating efficiently and effectively while following all regulatory, compliance, and statutory standards Develop and implement global shared operation strategies, policies, and procedures that align with the overall business objectives and optimize client delivery processes Lead and mentor the PH team responsible for supporting client delivery process management activities Provide mentorship, coaching, and development opportunities to improve their skills and capabilities Implement processes that meet the requirements of our solution lines Monitor and evaluate the performance and business services against key performance indicators (KPIs) and make improvements as needed Identify and mitigate risks associated with business services to ensure continuity and resilience Ensure that business services follow relevant regulations, standards, and policies Implement processes for ongoing continuous improvement of business services, adapting to changing business environments and technologies Build strong relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at various levels across the organization Hold business reviews to discuss current performance, issues, and/or changing requirements Collaborate across the organization to synthesize and develop long-term capabilities, investments, and supporting organizational structure Align on critical priorities needed to enable near-term transformation initiatives to standardize, centralize, and enable automation for business processes to better serve our clients and colleagues Ensure all processes meet compliance and regulatory requirements Develop an environment of continuous process improvement Develop high-performing teams How this opportunity is different As the COE Leader, you will be responsible for leading colleagues, setting priorities, ensuring compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements, and building capabilities to support the needs of the organization. To achieve this, you will work in collaboration with various groups, geographies, and functions to optimize client delivery processes, ensuring compliance with regulations and working with different teams to streamline operations. Skills and experience that will lead to success 15+ years of relevant working experience Proven ability in a leadership role Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify process gaps and recommend effective solutions Consistent track record of driving process improvement initiatives and achieving measurable results Experience in driving efficiency using digital technology i.e. AI, ML etc Experience with Shared Operations and leading large, diverse teams Strong organizational and communication skills Strong project management and change management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Strong leadership qualities with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization Education Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of industry experience How we support our colleagues In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
