Job Description

Intelligence Analysts are responsible for supporting the delivery of intelligence products and services to Securitas and its customers. The position is suited to individuals who ideally have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an intelligence or intelligence-related analytical role. The role offers the opportunity to contribute to the RIC’s ongoing development as it embarks on an ambitious growth and capability-enhancement roadmap.

The primary focus of the Global Intelligence Analyst is to own an assigned global regional “desk” and to be responsible for collecting, processing, and analysing data and information to support the production of intelligence products and services for internal stakeholders and commercial customers.

The RIC values a balanced skill set. Team members are expected to demonstrate both strong technical ability and well‑developed interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate clearly, engage constructively, and work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

A large part of the role involves continuous monitoring and analysis of global events and activity, identifying what is significant, understanding potential impact, and helping customers anticipate and respond to risk. Analysts play a key role in ensuring risks are identified early, impacts are understood, and practical insight is provided before issues escalate.

  • Deliver end‑to‑end intelligence briefs, including collection, processing, analysis, production, and dissemination of intelligence relating to risks impacting people, property, and assets globally.
  • Monitor and identify emerging activity, trends, and indicators that may pose risk or have operational impact, using a combination of intelligence tools, structured research, and manual collection.
  • Analyse information using recognised intelligence techniques and contribute clear, proportionate judgement to support proactive decision‑making.
  • Produce high‑quality intelligence products autonomously or in support of senior colleagues, including alerts, reports, assessments, investigations, and verbal briefings.
  • Disseminate intelligence to a range of stakeholders, both internally within Securitas and commercially to customers in the UK and internationally.
  • Support continuous improvement through evaluation and feedback, maintaining consistency, quality, and best practice across intelligence outputs.
  • Contribute to the development of sources, methods, and approaches, maintaining awareness of innovation and emerging best practice within intelligence.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across the RIC and the wider Securitas organisation, including client‑facing teams and global partners.
  • Operate in line with our core values of Integrity, Vigilance, and Helpfulness, maintaining a strong awareness of risk, safety, and compliance.

Qualifications

  • Must have the right to work in the UK permanently and have a five-year checkable employment history, or be able to produce documentary evidence of any period of unemployment
  • Must live within a 45-minute commute to the office in Milton Keynes, or be willing to relocate
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English to deliver intelligence reports to various audience levels
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage openly, professionally, and with warmth in day‑to‑day collaboration
