We are looking for a Global Marketing Analytics Specialist to join our Global Go To Market team and strengthen SoftwareOne's marketing analytics capabilities. In this role, you will connect marketing activity to business outcomes by bringing together data, reporting, and insights from across our global marketing ecosystem. Working closely with global and regional teams, you will create a consistent view of marketing performance that supports better decision-making and investment decisions across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and analyze marketing performance across the funnel, from first touch through MQL, SQL, pipeline, and revenue
- Build and maintain dashboards, KPI reports, and reporting frameworks that support data-driven decision-making
- Support attribution, campaign, and funnel analysis to help connect marketing activity to pipeline and revenue outcomes
- Align and validate data across marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms to ensure consistent global reporting
- Translate data into clear insights and recommendations for marketing stakeholders across regions and functions
- Contribute to the ongoing development of reporting standards, analytics processes, and marketing measurement capabilities
What we need to see from you
- Experience in marketing analytics, reporting, marketing operations, or a similar data-focused role, ideally within a global or multi-region environment
- Experience working with BI tools such as Power BI and web analytics platforms such as GA4 or equivalent
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems, such as Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua, Microsoft Dynamics, or Salesforce
- Understanding of B2B marketing funnel concepts, including MQLs, SQLs, pipeline, and marketing performance metrics
- Experience working with SQL, or a strong willingness to develop these skills further
- Strong communication skills, curiosity, and the ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations for different audiences
