About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and strategic Global Market Insight & Analytics Manager (d/f/m) to join our Global Marketing & R&D team (GMRD) within the Health & Medical business unit. The role covers our three medical categories – Wound Care, Compression Therapy and Orthopedics.
Your mission is to support the Health & Medical organization with a deep understanding of markets, customers, competitors and trends by leveraging multiple data sources to generate insights and drive growth opportunities.
The position is based in Hamburg, Germany.
What you will doConsolidate, analyze and champion customer and market data from multiple sources to generate actionable insights and drive category growth, proactively applying these insights in projects
Own the Global Market Data (GMD) by leading data collection and consolidation, managing and challenging the tool, and evolving it into a next-generation insight platform
Define and implement processes to capture relevant customer and market data, including competitive intelligence and trends, and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
Develop and manage global tracking programs such as post-launch and brand performance tracking
Explore, implement and test new analytics approaches and technologies across functions, with a strong focus on applied AI
Act as customer and market expert as well as strategic partner to Global Marketing, contributing to key decisions and strengthening customer-centricity across the Medical business unit

Degree in Marketing, Statistics, Finance or a related field
Min. 8+ years of experience in analytics, insights or finance roles within a local or global marketing environment
Experience in leading senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams in an international environment
Strong understanding of the medical business and categories, including customers, channels, reimbursement systems and local market specifics, B2B experience is a plus
High proficiency in Excel, Power BI and AI tools such as Copilot, combined with experience in analytics and P&L management
Outstanding communication skills with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
Collaborative and proactive mindset with a hands-on attitude
Fluent in English, written and spoken, German is a plus
