</div><div><p><span style="">The position is responsible for the first-level administration of Corning’s mobility programs, including international and US domestic relocations. This role provides direct support to Global Mobility leadership in delivering Corning’s complex mobility needs, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and a high level of service for internal and external stakeholders.</span></p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="margin:0.0px">Key Responsibilities</H2>

<li style=""><span style="">Serve as a primary point of contact for Global Mobility operations and ensure timely, effective response to employee, vendor, and stakeholder inquiries.</span></li>
<li style=""><span style="">Oversee key Global Mobility authorization processes.</span></li>
<li style=""><span style="">Manage and maintain Global Mobility records.</span></li>
<li style=""><span style="">Support the exception process by providing approval, analyses and/or recommendations within established guidelines.</span></li>
<li style=""><span style="">Support the tax equalization process by coordinating with external partners and serving as a central liaison for collection and payment activities.</span></li>
<li style=""><span style="">Oversee year-end Global Mobility reporting in partnership with external vendors, payroll, and finance teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely completion.</span></li>
<li style=""><span style="">Administer the Remote Worker Guidelines program by reviewing requests and ensuring alignment with established policies and compliance requirements.</span></li>
<li style=""><span style="">Oversee the Global Mobility purchase order and invoicing process for all vendors.</span></li>
<li style=""><span style="">Contribute to Global Mobility projects and initiatives focused on enhancing relocation programs and streamlining processes.</span></li>
<li style=""><span style="">Manage the distribution of Global Mobility data and reporting.</span></li>
<li style=""><span style="">Develop and maintain subject matter expertise in Global Mobility and relocation programs, ensuring strong operational knowledge and effective program support.</span></li>
<li style=""><span style="">Develop, update, and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures to promote consistency, efficiency, and operational excellence.</span></li>
<li style=""><span style="">Provide broad administrative and operational support to ensure the effective delivery of all Global Mobility services.</span></li>

Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. </span></p>
