What You’ll Do At Elekta

As a Global People Analyst, you will play a key role in enabling a data-driven People function by transforming complex people data into actionable insights. You will work closely with stakeholders across Organizational Development, HR Partnering, and HR Operations to support strategic decision-making and global initiatives.
This role is part of a collaborative, global environment where you will help shape how data is used to improve employee experience, organizational performance, and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze people data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across hiring, engagement, performance, and turnover.
  • Translate data into clear insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, reports, and data models for global HR reporting.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across HR systems and data sources.
  • Define and evolve key people metrics, benchmarks, and reporting standards.
  • Partner with HR and business stakeholders to support strategic initiatives and ad hoc analysis.
  • Present insights in a clear and compelling way to enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Leverage tools and analytics capabilities to improve accessibility and quality of people insights.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal governance standards.
  • Support audit processes by providing accurate, well-documented data and analysis.

What You’ll Bring

  • University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, ideally in a global and dynamic organization.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting and presenting data insights.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience working with HR systems and databases; familiarity with Workday is preferred.
  • Experience building and managing datasets from internal and external sources is an advantage.
  • Ability to communicate complex data clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
