What You’ll Do At Elekta

As a Global People Analyst, you will play a key role in enabling a data-driven People function by transforming complex people data into actionable insights. You will work closely with stakeholders across Organizational Development, HR Partnering, and HR Operations to support strategic decision-making and global initiatives.

This role is part of a collaborative, global environment where you will help shape how data is used to improve employee experience, organizational performance, and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

Analyze people data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across hiring, engagement, performance, and turnover.
Translate data into clear insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, reports, and data models for global HR reporting.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across HR systems and data sources.
Define and evolve key people metrics, benchmarks, and reporting standards.
Partner with HR and business stakeholders to support strategic initiatives and ad hoc analysis.
Present insights in a clear and compelling way to enable data-driven decision-making.
Leverage tools and analytics capabilities to improve accessibility and quality of people insights.
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal governance standards.
Support audit processes by providing accurate, well-documented data and analysis.

What You’ll Bring

University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, ideally in a global and dynamic organization.
Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting and presenting data insights.
Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience working with HR systems and databases; familiarity with Workday is preferred.
Experience building and managing datasets from internal and external sources is an advantage.
Ability to communicate complex data clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Fluent written and spoken English.
