Ready to kick-start your career in tech? We’re looking for a Junior Test Analyst to join our awesome Technology team—someone curious, detail-oriented, and eager to gain hands-on experience in a supportive environment.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate or aspiring Test Analyst to build real-world skills while helping ensure our systems are stable, reliable, and deliver great outcomes for our customers.

In this role, you’ll support the planning and execution of testing across a range of applications. You’ll work closely with developers, analysts, and business users, gaining valuable exposure to projects and learning how technology delivers impact across the business.

Does this sound like you?

We’re looking for someone at the start of their career who is eager to learn and grow. You’re positive, collaborative, with heaps of energy, happy to flex and at your best in a fast paced environment.

You’ll likely have:

  • A recent degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
  • An understanding of software testing concepts (from study or projects)
  • Exposure to tools like Azure DevOps, JIRA, or similar (helpful but not essential)
  • Basic knowledge of web applications or APIs
  • Experience writing simple test cases or scenarios
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Clear written communication skills (for test cases and defect reports)
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confidence using MS Office tool
