Graduate Business Analyst for Energy Monitoring Startup

<p>For this role, Voltaware is looking for a graduate business analyst who will take responsibility for business and research projects to support the Sales &amp; Marketing team and grow the business internationally.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Job description&nbsp;</strong></p><p>The selected candidate will have the following responsibilities:&nbsp;</p><p>● Conduct market analysis in the energy sector to be used by Marketing &amp; Sales teams&nbsp;</p><p>● Analyse and improve current marketing materials&nbsp;</p><p>● Create new marketing content (leaflets, website pages, product decks, etc…)&nbsp;</p><p>● Write regular articles to be posted on Voltaware blog&nbsp;</p><p>● Manage Voltaware’s social media output strategy&nbsp;</p><p>● Gather relevant trends and insights from our consumers to be used in Social Media&nbsp;</p><p>● Present sales decks to prospects&nbsp;</p><p>● Generate and regularly update prospects list on Sales CRM&nbsp;</p><p>● Attend and support Project Managers during weekly client meetings&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Requirements&nbsp;</strong></p><p>● BA / BS qualification degree&nbsp;</p><p>● Excellent English, both written and oral&nbsp;</p><p>● Demonstrated ability to conduct a thorough business research&nbsp;</p><p>● Strong motivation to work in a climate-change start-up&nbsp;</p><p>● Committed&nbsp;</p><p>● Excellent analytical skills Desirable skills and experiences&nbsp;</p><p>● French, German, Spanish or Italian languages&nbsp;</p><p>● Experience with one or more agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Slack&nbsp;</p><p>● Experience and knowledge in business&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Hiring procedure&nbsp;</strong></p><p>&gt; One-hour interview with the Voltware Sr. Business Analyst (introductions followed by a series of questions based on the candidate’s experience)&nbsp;</p><p>&gt; A market analysis (2 pages max.) on Smart Heating where the candidate will have to:&nbsp;</p><p>● List top 4 smart thermostats companies&nbsp;</p><p>● Identify their Unique Selling Proposition&nbsp;</p><p>● Compare their strengths and weaknesses&nbsp;</p><p>● Represent analysis on a graph&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Remuneration&nbsp;</strong></p><p>Negotiable according to the experience</p>
