Job Description:

The Global Graduate Programme – A Fast-Track to Leadership 

The Sibelco Global Graduate Programme is designed to accelerate the careers of promising individuals. It is a two-year rotational programme consisting of two one-year assignments in key operational and commercial roles.

The programme provides hands-on experience with real business projects, ensuring early responsibility and exposure to strategic decision-making. 

Participants are offered a permanent contract from the start, ensuring long-term career prospects within Sibelco.

As part of this programme, we are recruiting a Graduate in Commercial Business Development for a one-year assignment focused on market growth and commercial excellence in China. 

In addition, graduates must be open to spending their second year in a different cluster outside of their initial region. 

Your Impact in This Role 

  • Conducting market research and identifying growth opportunities 

  • Developing market maps and competitive intelligence 

  • Supporting business case development and customer engagement 

  • Analyzing sales performance and profitability 

  • Supporting forecasting, pricing, and commercial planning 

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement initiatives 

What You Bring to the Table 

  • Degree in Business, Engineering, Materials Science, or related field 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 

  • Interest in commercial strategy, sales, and market development 

  • Excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English 

  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools (Power BI is a plus) 

  • Ability to work in cross-functional and multicultural environments
