The Data Engineering Graduate at PepsiCo’s Vitoria - Digital Hub, Spain provides engineering students with the opportunity to work on live DA&I projects across diverse verticals, including: • Data Engineering • Data Modeling / Analysis • AI in Data Engineering • Data Analytics This program is designed to give students real-world exposure to cutting-edge technologies, helping them develop critical skills and laying the foundation for future careers at PepsiCo. What We Are Looking For We are seeking high-energy, passionate engineering students pursuing: • Graduate / Masters in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science , or related fields Our ideal candidate is: • A self-starter with an eye for detail • Adaptable and flexible in a dynamic environment • Curious and eager to learn, innovate, and problem-solve Responsibilities As an Data Engineering Graduate, you will: • Work on real-time projects under guidance of mentors • Support design, development, and testing of technology solutions • Assist in analyzing requirements and documenting solutions • Apply the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to project work • Collaborate with global teams on project modules • Present key outcomes at the end of the internship Qualifications Core Skills We Need: • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Solid foundation in programming (Python, PySpark & SQL) • Basic understanding of databases and querying • Teamwork and communication skills Additional Skills We Appreciate (Optional): • Exposure to Data Engineering & Data Science concepts • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) • Knowledge of Relational DB design, NoSQL, Big data processing tools like (Data-bricks, Spark etc) and SQL queries • Basics of PBI, Tableau or similar reporting tools. • Familiarity with Data Analytics stack - ETL, Data Ops, Observability etc Why PepsiCo?
