The Opportunity

This is a graduate role unlike most. From day one, you'll work alongside senior leaders on real projects that directly influence investment decisions, leasing strategies, business improvement and operational performance.

You don't need to be an AI specialist or software developer. However, you should be comfortable with modern AI tools and keen to apply them to solve real business problems while building a long-term career in commercial property and investment.



Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market, tenant and industry research
  • Support leasing, asset management and investment initiatives
  • Prepare commercial reports, business cases and presentations
  • Identify opportunities to improve business processes through AI and automation
  • Develop practical workflows using modern AI tools and Microsoft 365
  • Support marketing, business development and strategic projects
  • Work directly with senior leaders to turn ideas into practical outcomes



About You

  • Recent graduate or early-career professional
  • Strong interest in commercial property, investment and business
  • Comfortable using modern AI tools (Claude, Microsoft Copilot) and Microsoft 365
  • Commercially curious and enjoy solving business problems
  • Strong analytical, research and communication skills
  • Organised, proactive and accountable
  • Eager to learn and build a long-term career in commercial property

What We Offer

  • Base salary: NZ$65,000–70,000 per annum
  • Performance incentive: up to 20% of base salary based on agreed KPIs and measurable business outcomes
