The GRM Pricing and Data Analytics Analyst is responsible for managing day to day pricing and repricing activities while supporting the overall growth, profitability, and operational objectives of FCSD. The role serves as a key contributor in pricing operations, analytical decision support, process improvement, and business transformation initiatives across global markets.

The analyst is expected to develop a strong understanding of pricing processes, finance operations, data ecosystems, and downstream business systems to ensure pricing decisions are accurate, compliant, timely, and aligned with business strategy. Working closely with Pricing Managers, Finance, Marketing, IT, Purchasing, Supply Chain, and global FCSD analytics teams, the role supports pricing execution while also driving insights and recommendations through advanced analytics.

A major aspect of the role involves transforming complex datasets into meaningful business insights and compelling narratives that support leadership decision making. The analyst is expected to simplify data into impactful business stories through dashboards, reporting, presentations, and analytical models.

The role requires strong hands on expertise in analytical and reporting technologies including GCP, BigQuery, SQL, Power BI, and Python. The analyst will support automation initiatives, pricing analytics, process standardization, UAT activities, and pricing system launches including GPPT and SAP related implementations.

The position also requires strong problem solving, collaboration, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross functional and global teams while managing ambiguity and evolving business priorities. Experience in FCSD operations, Marketing, Sales, Purchasing, Supply Chain, or Finance combined with a passion for analytics and business transformation will be highly valuable in this role.
 

GRM Pricing and Data Analytics

Business and Pricing Operations

• Perform new parts pricing and repricing activities within defined timelines while ensuring all validation checks are completed before prices are released into production systems.

• Manage and support pricing activities through GPPT while ensuring alignment with downstream systems including PANDA, CBS, SAP, and related platforms.

• Monitor and ensure adherence to pricing governance, audit, and compliance requirements including MCRP, DRIM, AFR, ACR, and other applicable controls.

• Support dealer and distributor price file publication activities accurately and within committed timelines.

• Provide timely resolution to VOR and market pricing related queries.

• Track cost movements across markets, identify pricing risks proactively, and highlight gaps against targets to business stakeholders.

• Develop strong partnerships with regional and global market teams to understand pricing decisions, operational challenges, and business priorities.

Cross Functional Collaboration and System Support

• Collaborate closely with FCSD business partners, IT teams, analytics teams, and global stakeholders to resolve pricing, cost, inventory, competitive data, and system related challenges.

• Identify and address gaps between pricing systems and downstream applications while coordinating resolution activities with cross functional teams.

• Support GPPT and SAP implementation activities including UAT, process validation, business feedback, and launch readiness activities.

• Participate in standardization initiatives, process transformation programs, and continuous improvement efforts across global pricing operations.

• Develop controls, backups, and sustainable operating practices to ensure operational continuity and risk mitigation

Required Technical and Functional Skills

• Strong experience working with complex and large scale datasets, analytical models, pricing calculations, and performance reporting.

Required Technical Skills

  • Graduate in Engineering, CA, ICWA, MBA-Finance with 6+ Years of experience
  • Strong knowledge of Finance domain, service parts business
  • Hands on experience with GCP, BigQuery, SQL, Power BI, and Python.
  • Strong experience working with complex and large scale datasets, queries, and analytical models.
  • Knowledge of automotive parts business and pricing operations is preferred.
