years of experience in product management, data products, analytics, data platforms, or a related technical product leadership role</span></li> <li><span>3+ years of experience leading technical teams that include data analysts, data engineers, data scientists, or similar roles</span></li> <li><span>Proven experience defining and delivering enterprise data or analytics product strategies and roadmaps</span></li> <li><span>Strong technical foundation in analytics, data engineering, or data science, including professional experience using SQL and Python</span></li> <li><span>Experience partnering with engineers and data scientists to deliver scalable data products</span></li> <li><span>Ability to participate deeply in architecture and design discussions while balancing customer needs, business priorities, and technical feasibility</span></li> <li><span>Experience with cloud data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, or similar technologies</span></li> <li><span>Demonstrated success leading cross-functional work and influencing stakeholders in complex, matrixed organizations</span></li> <li><span>Strong executive communication, stakeholder managers)</div></div></div></div><p><strong>COMPENSATION</strong><br>•    Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $163,800 – $204,700 (subject to change dependent on physical location)<br>•    Posted salary ranges are made in good faith.
