This role builds data-driven GTM systems from scratch — writing code, automating pipelines, and turning sales data into clean infrastructure and actionable intelligence that drives revenue for OH.io and its portfolio companies.</p> <p class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]">Columbus, OH required.</p> <p class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul class="[li_&amp;]:mb-0 [li_&amp;]:mt-1 [li_&amp;]:gap-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-disc flex flex-col gap-1 pl-8 mb-3"> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Create and maintain GTM data infrastructure — owning the data layer across portfolio CRM's</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Build and deploy agentic AI workflows using LLMs and automation tools (n8n, APIs) to surface insights and trigger actions across the sales cycle</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Architect lightweight data pipelines that connect HubSpot, Clay, Instantly, and other GTM tools — keeping data accurate and systems in sync</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Develop lead scoring models, pipeline forecasts, and conversion analyses that give sales teams a sharper view of where to focus</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Integrate third-party APIs and MCP servers to expand data coverage and automate enrichment workflows</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Build dashboards and reporting that track KPIs, pipeline health, and GTM performance in a way non-technical teammates can act on</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Partner with RevOps, SDRs, AEs, and marketing specialists inside Pods to ship solutions that solve real, day-to-day GTM problems</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Support portfolio companies with hands-on data and technical work during onboarding and scaling</li> </ul> <p class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]"><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul class="[li_&amp;]:mb-0 [li_&amp;]:mt-1 [li_&amp;]:gap-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-disc flex flex-col gap-1 pl-8 mb-3"> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Coding is your default skillset.&nbsp; Experience in React, Rails, Python or SQL.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Ability to show a portfolio of work: scripts, automations, models, dashboards — something built, not just described</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Familiarity with LLMs and AI tooling — comfortable building prompts, agents, or wiring up AI APIs</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Working knowledge of B2B GTM systems (HubSpot, Clay, Instantly, Gong) or a demonstrated ability to pick up new tools fast</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Experience with workflow automation (n8n, Zapier, or custom API integrations) is a plus</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Strong problem-solving instincts — you'd rather build a fix than wait for one</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Comfortable working in a fast-moving, startup environment where the scope of the role will grow with you</li> </ul>
