About the RoleA Day in the LifeOur Global Diabetes Capability Center in Pune is expanding to serve more people living with diabetes globally. Our state-of-the-art facility is dedicated to transforming diabetes management through innovative solutions and Technologies that reduce the burden of living with diabetes.

Act as a techno‑functional consultant for Workday HCM, partnering with HR, Payroll, and IT stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into system solutions.
Provide end‑to‑end functional support for Workday Core HCM and associated modules across the employee lifecycle.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, functional specifications, and process designs.
Support and coordinate Workday integrations, particularly payroll integrations, ensuring accurate data flow between Workday and third‑party systems.
Manage incident resolution, change requests, and enhancements, ensuring timely and high‑quality delivery.
Participate in testing activities including unit testing, system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve system issues.
Ensure compliance with internal processes and methods: Development standards, documentation update
Required Knowledge and Experience:
3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in Workday modules (Core HCM, Recruitment, Absence Management, Performance Management, Time Tracking etc.)
· Experience in full life cycle Workday HR implementations (preferred)
Practical experience in configuration, data validation, and troubleshooting within Workday.
· Daily operational tasks and system checks
Experience working on inbound and outbound integrations, including EIBs, reports, and vendor integrations (especially payroll‑related).
Familiarity with HR operational processes such as hire, job change, termination, leave management, and performance cycles.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills with the ability to work directly with business stakeholders.
· Experience of handling Workday Bi Annual Product Updates. (good to have)
· Exposure to payroll systems is preferred
Experience operating in global, matrixed organizations with cross-functional team structures across geographical locations with diverse nationalities
Proactive, self-starter and able to take initiative
Fluent English. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
