HCM Solutions Senior Analyst
Business Experience:
At least 4-8 years of experience in Oracle HCM cloud hands-on implementation experience in Oracle Time & Labor (OTL) and Absence Management modules, combined with strong technical proficiency in Fast Formulas and related Oracle Cloud technologies. Candidate should be used to working with business representatives to understand issues and requirements both in person and remotely.
• Candidate should be experienced writing Functional Design Documents, Configuration Workbooks and Test Documents.
• Candidate should have experience with the requirements to release cycle.
• Candidate should be used to working both independently and as part of a team.
• Candidate should be self-motivated, able to work to timelines and requirements.
Module Experience:
• Candidates must have at least 02 full lifecycle implementations of Oracle Cloud OTL and Absence Management modules.
• Candidate should have a high level of knowledge of Core HCM, Payroll Interface, Journeys. With knowledge in at least one of the following additional modules also beneficial; Talent Management, ORC, Compensation Management
Functional Technical Skills:
• Must have knowledge:
o Hands-on implementation experience in Oracle Time & Labor (OTL) and Absence Management.
- Strong understanding of Time & Labor business processes including time entry rules, approval workflows, time categories, and layout configurations.
- In-depth knowledge of Absence Management including absence types, plans, accrual rules, ceiling rules, carryover policies, and entitlement definitions
- Experience with absence and OTL integrations with Oracle Payroll
- Expert-level proficiency in writing and debugging Fast Formulas for OTL and Absence modules (accrual formulas, eligibility formulas, timecard validation formulas, absence duration formulas)
- Proficiency in Oracle BI Publisher (BIP) – report design, data models, RTF/XSL templates
- Designing, development, testing, and deployment of Fast Formulas for OTL and Absence calculations, accrual rules, eligibility criteria, and timecard validations
- Core Module Configurations
§ Core HCM transactions and general functionality.
§ Configuration of Work Structures.
§ Definitions of DFF, Common Lookups, Valuesets.
§ Configuration of Salary Basis, Elements, Payrolls
§ Security Definitions (Job, Data and Abstract roles)
§ Core Configurations: Flex fields, Value sets, Common Lookups, Geographic Hierarchies
§ OTL and Absence Management Security configuration.
• Should have knowledge of at least 2 of the following:
o Redwood
o HDL
o Personalisation (VB Studio, Design Studio, Page Composer)
o BIP / OTBI Reporting
o Journeys
Job Details:
• This job is for a Techno-Functional HCM Solutions Sr. Analyst to join our existing global HRIS team, supporting the maintenance and further development of our Oracle HCM Application.
• A successful candidate will be required to work out of our Pune India office. Flexibility to align where possible to have overlap with EMEA and Americas team members will also be important.
• The role will involve working independently and as part of an Implementation team to roll out OTL and Absence Management modules incrementally for countries in scope.
• Activities may include Requirements gathering, investigation and research, document writing, configuration, demonstration, testing, deployment.
• University Degree. Information Technology, MIS, Computer Science, Math, Business Analytics, Quantitative Business Analysis, or related field preferred.
