<p style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">The Executive Director, Data Design is responsible for establishing and governing the Bank's logical data design standards, authoritative data source framework, and dataset onboarding model across the Data Platforms & Products function. The role serves as the design authority for data domains, data structures, integration patterns and platform onboarding, ensuring that all new data initiatives, datasets and AI/ML consumption use cases align to the Bank's target data architecture, data supply chain principles, and data management standards. The role operates horizontally across all platform and product teams and acts as the central control point for data design decisions without direct ownership of any specific platform, governance capability, or data quality domain.</span></p>
