Head of International Health Analytics Join Aon’s Human Capital Analytics leadership team and play an important role in shaping the future of our Health Analytics platforms, products, and insights. You will ensure our international Health-related analytics are market‑leading, scalable, and tightly connected to Aon’s broader Human Capital and Health strategy, enabling consultants and sales teams to engage clients and support them in making better health and benefits decisions across diverse markets. This role can be based in either Singapore or London. Aon is in the business of better decisions At Aon, we shape decisions for the better to protect and enrich the lives of people around the world. As an organization, we are united through trust as one inclusive, diverse team, and we are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed. What the day will look like As a key leader within the Human Capital Analytics Leadership team, you will shape Aon’s analytics agenda by using your deep health and benefits analytics expertise, knowledge of global markets, industry standards, and your ability to lead and gain followership internally and with clients. You will: Define and lead the International Health Analytics vision, strategy and roadmap across both commercial and non‑commercial analytics for all geographies outside North America (US and Canada), in alignment with strategic direction set by global Health and Analytics leaders – ensuring our capabilities and propositions are differentiated, commercially relevant and aligned to regional and local client needs. Shape and run a portfolio of International Health Analytics propositions, including benchmarking, dashboards, decision tools and data assets spanning medical, wellbeing, total health cost, plan design and utilization, carrier pricing and performance, online benefits (“Activate”), adapted to regional and local regulatory / market contexts. Lead the development of a clear analytics plan for your area – comprising an annual operating plan and a longer‑term strategic roadmap – aligned with the agreed Human Capital Analytics vision, and resource framework, including priorities, key outcomes and investment needs; and, once approved, be accountable for implementing that plan and reporting progress and impact to Analytics and Solution‑Line leadership. Steer business case development for new or enhanced analytics propositions, working with business leaders, Finance, and ABS to quantify benefits, secure investment and track realized value, in close partnership with Head of Human Capital Analytics Strategy & Execution. Partner closely with regional and country Health & Benefits leaders to support the deployment and adoption of Health Analytics across regions in an advisory / specialist capacity, helping them embed analytics into their broking / consulting workflows, sales processes and client delivery. Serve as a core member of the Human Capital Analytics leadership group. Collaborate with analytics leaders in Health, Talent, Wealth, Strategy & Execution. Work alongside Risk Capital Analytics leaders to build and apply a unified analytics agenda. Together, you will ensure that our Human Capital analytics are tightly aligned to Aon’s strategic Human Capital propositions, fully integrated across solution lines, and deliberately designed to find opportunities to collaborate rather than standalone offerings. Forge a strong, integrated partnership with the Head of Global Benefits Analytics, Head of Cross‑Line Analytics, and Head of US Health Analytics, to shape a strategic and consistent vision across Aon’s global Health Analytics portfolio, while recognising and using the distinct characteristics of the different international health and benefits markets. Drive and lead executive sponsorship and business expectations, ensuring alignment with Human Capital leadership, solution line leaders, and regional partners on priorities, trade‑offs and success metrics. Partner closely with ABS or ACIA delivery teams, to translate the vision into clear, prioritized delivery plans and product roadmaps, operating through a partnership model that combines your domain expertise with ABS’s delivery-at-scale capabilities. This may require you to navigate through organisational change and work through globally distributed delivery teams – some of whom you will influence and partner with rather than lead directly – balancing ambition with resource and capacity constraints and ensuring that solutions are industrialised and adopted at scale. Provide clear direction to analytics and product delivery teams (both directly handled and/or in ABS) to create, industrialize and continuously improve analytics capabilities, models and frameworks, toolkits and platforms that deliver industry‑leading insights. Act as a strategic advisor and partner to international Health clients, consultants, actuaries, brokers and sales colleagues, equipping them with scalable analytics, narratives and collateral that underpin differentiated advisory propositions and go‑to‑market campaigns. Advance analytics competencies and fluency across Human Capital and broader Aon colleagues, acting as a subject-matter guide for learning and development initiatives. This includes: Partnering with regional Health Leadership and L&D to define priority learning needs Contributing to the design and delivery of training, playbooks, communities of practice and coaching that build confidence and adoption of Health Analytics in day‑to‑day client work Championing a culture of data‑driven decision making, embedding Health Analytics into core regional/local Health sales, advisory and delivery processes. Represent Aon in the external market through client engagements, conferences, client events and thought‑leadership, promoting Aon’s reputation for excellence in Health Analytics, and keeping abreast of developments across key regions and countries. Collaborate with other Human Capital Analytics leaders (e.g., Health, Talent, Rewards, Strategy & Execution, Sales Enablement) to ensure our analytics are integrated, consistent, and mutually reinforcing across solution lines. Champion data governance, quality and ethical use of people data, ensuring International Health Analytics solutions meet regulatory, client and internal standards, and advancing Aon’s data asset strategy in Human Capital solutions. How this opportunity is different You’ll experience a new level of collaboration and be part of a high performing team that combines a wealth of experience with cutting edge analytics. It’s a focused, yet down-to-earth environment where you can confidently build your career. Skills and experience that will lead to success Consistent record in leading Health / Benefits / Population Health Analytics in a consulting, insurer, health‑tech, or large employer environment, with significant exposure to multiple international health and benefits markets (outside the US). Demonstrated ability to drive a compelling analytics vision that will allow us to continue to adapt to the sophisticated needs of Aon clients, in this generation and the next, and delivering entrepreneurial change across complex, global organizations. Significant experience building and scaling analytics products and platforms, ideally including cost and utilization benchmarks, dashboards, modelling tools and/or decision engines. Deep understanding of international health and benefits markets, providers, funding models, and regulatory frameworks, and how to translate these into actionable insights for clients. Possesses a technical analytics background and / or is well-reputed in the market for thought & technical leadership on health analytical requirements. Validated ability to lead and/or influence multi‑disciplinary teams across geographies, including data scientists, product managers, engineers and consultants. Experience working with or within centralized analytics / data organizations and translating business needs into technical requirements. Demonstrated ability to build analytics fluency in non‑technical audiences, including experience contributing to or leading training, enablement or community‑of‑practice initiatives. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex analytics concepts for senior non‑technical partners. Strong business and financial competence, including comfort with P&L levers and investment trade‑offs. Strong customer, networking and influencing skills; able to gain followership across functions and regions.
