Our sister company, <a href="https://www.hiremaven.ai/">MavenAI</a>, delivers AI-powered marketing automation built by industry experts and integrated directly with property management systems, serving over 2M units.  The Role We’re hiring a Head of Product, AI Business Intelligence to lead an AI-native BI platform for multifamily. We’re building for what comes after the dashboard. This is a 0-to-1 role: You’ll move from customer conversation to shipped product faster than most companies write a spec, work directly with customers, and build alongside product leadership, design, and engineering.  We want someone who thinks like a product leader and can also get their hands dirty with design, prototyping, and rapid iteration. What You'll Do <ul> <li>Own the AI Business Intelligence product line end to end — from discovery and positioning through launch and adoption</li> <li>Decide where models belong in the experience and where they don’t — the judgment calls that separate a product that is genuinely AI-native from AI bolted onto reporting</li> <li>Ship fast. Write specs, design workflows, build prototypes, and work side-by-side with designers and engineers to get features into production</li> <li>Design evaluation frameworks to systematically measure output quality — build test suites, analyze answer patterns and edge cases, and use those signals to iteratively improve performance</li> <li>Define and validate the guardrails that make the product’s output safe, explainable, and trustworthy when real dollars ride on it</li> <li>Shape the data foundation the product stands on — what we need, what has to be normalized, and which questions that finally lets us answer</li> <li>Stand up customer feedback loops (weekly cadences with key accounts across operators, asset managers, and ownership groups) and use those signals to prioritize ruthlessly</li> <li>Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales Engineering, and our existing product teams to make sure the product lands well and drives adoption</li> </ul> What We’re Looking For <div>Builder mentality over pedigree. We care about what you’ve shipped and how quickly</div> <ul> <li>9+ years in product management at a high-growth startup or tech company — including at least one product you owned from 0-to-1, end to end</li> <li>Shipped 0-to-1 products that customers actually use — not just features on a roadmap slide.
