What you’ll do

In this pivotal role, you’ll lead the end-to-end management of technology and corporate services, making sure they’re secure, efficient and aligned to our long-term strategy. You’ll deliver the technology and AI roadmap in line with enterprise architecture, embedding robust governance frameworks aligned to evolving regulatory requirements, including DORA, BCBS239 and the EU AI Act. Alongside this, you’ll own technology, data and AI risks within appetite, securing a resilient and well‑controlled operating environment.

  • Effective stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at senior level, communicating complex ideas clearly to a wide range of stakeholders
  • Strong knowledge of the European banking and financial markets landscape, including relevant governance, regulatory and risk requirements and industry best practices
