HQ Functional FP&A Analyst

Esko is seeking a highly analytical and systems-oriented FP&A Analyst to support financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and business performance management across the HQ functions. This role will partner closely with Finance, Accounting, Operations, and Business Leaders to deliver high-quality financial insights, improve reporting capabilities, and support ongoing transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate combines strong financial acumen with hands-on experience in enterprise systems, data analysis, and financial modeling. Experience with ERP environments and performance management platforms such as OneStream is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Support monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-range planning processes across business functions
• Prepare financial analyses, variance reporting, KPI dashboards, and management presentations
• Analyze revenue, operating expenses, headcount, and business performance trends to provide actionable insights
• Partner with functional leaders to support decision-making and improve financial visibility
• Assist in monthly close activities and ensure alignment between FP&A and Accounting
• Support financial reporting and consolidation processes within OneStream
• Extract, validate, and analyze data from ERP systems and other enterprise platforms
• Drive process improvements, reporting automation, and standardization initiatives
• Support financial aspects of transformation programs, including ERP initiatives and operational improvements
• Maintain and improve financial models, reporting templates, and forecasting tools
• Assist with ad hoc financial analysis, business cases, and strategic projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis roles
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and variance analysis
• Experience working with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, JD Edwards, or similar platforms
• Experience with OneStream or other financial consolidation/performance management tools preferred
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting/visualization tools preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with high attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
• Excellent communication and business partnering skills
• Experience supporting global organizations and cross-functional teams preferred

Preferred Experience

• Experience in software, manufacturing, technology, or industrial environments
• Exposure to ERP implementations or finance transformation initiatives
• Understanding of financial systems integration and data governance principles
• Familiarity with headcount planning, operational finance, and KPI development
