HR Analyst

About the Role
As part of the Employee Support Hub (ESH) within the People Operations team, the HR Analyst provides high-quality operational support to employees, managers, and HR stakeholders across multiple countries. This role is responsible for delivering accurate and efficient HR administration, employee documentation, leave and time-off management, HR systems support, reporting, and case management while ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and passionate about delivering an exceptional employee experience in a fast-paced, global environment.
Key Responsibilities
HR Administration & Document Management
Generate and manage employee letters and HR documentation in accordance with global standards and service level agreements (SLAs).
Maintain accurate employee records and documentation while ensuring compliance with data privacy and retention requirements.
Support employee lifecycle activities, including changes to employee information, employment documentation, and other HR administrative processes.
Ensure HR records are up to date, accurate, and audit-ready.
Leave & Time-Off Process Management
Administer global leave and time-off processes, ensuring accurate and timely updates within HR systems.
Serve as a point of contact for employee and manager queries related to vacation, sick leave, parental leave, and other absence policies.
Monitor leave transactions and ensure compliance with local legislation and company policies.
Escalate complex or non-standard cases where appropriate.
Support employees through leave-related processes while maintaining a high level of customer service.
HR Systems & Data Management
Process employee lifecycle transactions in Workday, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Perform data maintenance activities and support audit and compliance requirements.
Run scheduled and ad hoc reports related to headcount, leave balances, employee data, and other HR metrics.
Analyze HR data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement.
Log, manage, and resolve employee cases within the HR Case Management system, ensuring timely closure and adherence to service standards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
Partner with HR Associates, Centers of Excellence (COEs), HR Business Partners, Payroll, and other stakeholders to resolve employee queries and complex cases.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and enhance the employee experience.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of HR knowledge base content and self-service resources.
Support HR technology enhancements, testing activities, system implementations, and automation initiatives.
Share knowledge and provide guidance to colleagues where appropriate.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience in HR Operations, People Operations, Shared Services, HR Administration, or a similar role, preferably within a global organization.
Strong knowledge of Workday and HR Case Management systems.
Experience processing employee lifecycle transactions and maintaining HR records.
Understanding of leave and absence administration processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong customer service orientation and ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Ability to work effectively across different geographies, cultures, and teams.
Subject matter expertise in HR processes, policies, and data management practices.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience working with HR systems and technology platforms.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis, and reporting.
Ability to analyze HR data and identify trends, patterns, and discrepancies to support decision-making.
Experience working in a global HR Shared Services, Employee Support, or People Operations environment.
Familiarity with HR reporting, workforce analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Additional language skills would be advantageous.
