<p><strong>SUMMARY</strong></p> <p>GCM Grosvenor is seeking an organized, collaborative, and detail-oriented HR Analyst to support employee engagement, internal communications, culture initiatives, and HR operations activities across the firm.</p> <p>This role will partner closely with the Employee Engagement Associate and broader HR Operations team to help coordinate programs, communications, events, and compliance-related processes that contribute to a positive employee experience and support the firm’s people strategy.</p> <p>The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This position is well-suited for someone early in their career who is interested in employee engagement, culture, communications, and HR operations.</p> <p>As an onsite/hybrid employee, you are expected to be in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursday.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p> <p><strong>Employee Engagement &amp; Culture</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support the planning and execution of employee engagement and culture initiatives across the firm.</li> <li>Assist with employee engagement surveys, including communications, scheduling, participation tracking, and reporting support.</li> <li>Coordinate logistics for employee programs, trainings, workshops, meetings, and firmwide events (virtual and in-person).</li> <li>Support employee engagement activities related to onboarding, recognition, inclusion, and employee experience initiatives.</li> <li>Assist with intern program coordination, including scheduling, communications, event logistics, and program materials.</li> <li>Coordinate sponsorships and manage logistics for firm-sponsored events, including galas, corporate memberships (e.g., museums), and related engagements.</li> <li>Help manage employee headshot coordination and related engagement activities.</li> <li>Support Employee Resource Group (ERG) initiatives, including meeting coordination, communications, event support, and tracking participation.</li> <li>Assist with volunteer and community engagement initiatives, including event logistics and internal promotion.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Internal Communications&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Draft and distribute employee communications, HR projects and campaigns, including newsletters, announcements, reminders, event communications, and intranet updates.</li> <li>Support maintenance of internal communications channels, including the firm’s intranet, Teams channels, newsletters, and digital signage.</li> <li>Assist with preparation and formatting of presentations, communications materials, and employee-facing content.</li> <li>Support post-event recaps, employee storytelling initiatives, and engagement communications.</li> <li>Maintain communication calendars, distribution lists, and content libraries.</li> </ul> <p><strong>HR Operations &amp; Compliance</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage labor law poster updates and distribution to ensure compliance across office locations.</li> <li>Coordinate annual anti-harassment training administration, including employee tracking, reminders, and reporting.</li> <li>Manage annual employee handbook acknowledgement processes and completion tracking.</li> <li>Support HR compliance initiatives and maintain related documentation and records.</li> <li>Assist with HR reporting, data tracking, and administrative processes as needed.</li> <li>Partner with HR team members to support operational processes and special projects.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, Business, Psychology, or a related field.</li> <li>1–3 years of experience in Human Resources, employee engagement, communications, or related administrative support roles.</li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and particularly SharePoint for managing internal sites, content, and communications.</li> <li>Familiarity with AI productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to support communications drafting, content creation, and workflow efficiency.</li> <li>Strong organizational and project coordination skills with exceptional attention to detail.</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li> <li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li>Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.</li> <li>Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.</li> <li>Interest in employee engagement, culture, communications, and HR operations.</li> <li>Experience supporting employee events, engagement initiatives, or internal communications.</li> <li>Familiarity with HR systems and survey tools is a plus.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>In terms of cultural fit, the successful candidate will be self-motivated and energized by working amongst a group of thoughtful, smart and successful colleagues.
