Your role: We are looking for an HR Analytics Intern who will support the HR team in using people data to understand organizational dynamics and support decision-making across all core HR processes (e.g. compensation, performance, engagement, workforce planning). The role is embedded within the HR Business Partner team and works closely with an assigned business unit. The intern will support ongoing HRBP activities by combining data analysis with an understanding of organizational context, employee lifecycle processes, and business priorities. This internship is designed to provide hands-on exposure to HR analytics, organizational topics, and business partnering, offering the opportunity to see how data, people, and business decisions come together in day-to-day HR work. Main responsibilities: <ul style="text-align:justify"> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Analyze people and workforce data across all core HR processes (compensation, performance, engagement, workforce) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for the business</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Contribute to organizational design and workforce planning for a designated business unit by supporting data-driven analyses, scenario modeling, and impact assessments</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Work closely with HR Business Partners and business stakeholders to translate business and organizational challenges into analytical questions and actionable insights.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Support decision-making during organizational changes, talent discussions, and engagement initiatives by combining quantitative analysis with qualitative organizational contex</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Support HR Business Partners in ongoing employee lifecycle activities, using data and stakeholder interactions to understand how structure, roles, and capabilities affect the business unit’s performance</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Drive continuous improvement through the automation, digitalization, and enhancement of HR reporting and analytics processes</li> </ul> Main requirements: <ul style="text-align:justify" type="disc"> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Degree in Economics, Management, Engineering, Data Analytics, or other relevant fields with a strong analytical component.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Strong analytical mindset with interest in people data and business insights</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Good knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, formulas); familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Ability to navigate ambiguity</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Ability to work under pressure and in complex situations</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Good organizational and communication abilities</li> </ul> What’s in it for you: In EssilorLuxottica, you are not defined just by your job title.
