Position Summary
We are seeking a high-potential, recent MBA graduate to join our People team as an HR and AI Transformation Analyst. This is a hands-on, high-exposure role designed for someone who wants to sit at the intersection of HR, technology, analytics, and AI-driven business transformation.

This individual will help reimagine how HR operates by identifying inefficiencies, building automation solutions, deploying AI tools, and improving the way people data is used to drive decisions across the enterprise.

What Youâll Do
Â
HR Process Improvement & Transformation
Map current HR processes and identify friction points, bottlenecks, and manual work.
Support redesigning end-to-end employee lifecycle processes (hire to retire).
Partner with HR leaders to simplify and standardize workflows.
Help implement âbetter, faster, lighterâ operating models.
Â
AI & Automation in HR
Identify practical AI use cases across recruiting, onboarding, scheduling, employee support, and analytics.
Experiment with generative AI tools to reduce manual HR work.
Support building lightweight automation using tools like workflow platforms, low-code/no-code solutions, or HR tech capabilities.
Help create responsible AI guidelines for HR use cases.

People Analytics & Insights
Build dashboards and reporting that help leaders understand workforce trends.
Analyze data related to turnover, hiring, engagement, labor cost, and productivity.
Translate data into clear, actionable insights for HR and business leaders.
Help democratize access to workforce data.

Technology Enablement
Partner with HRIS and IT teams to improve system usage and adoption.
Identify gaps in existing HR technology stack and propose improvements.
Support rollout of new HR tools and digital capabilities.

Project Support & Execution
Support cross-functional transformation initiatives.
Help manage workstreams, timelines, and deliverables.
Prepare leadership updates and project summaries.
Drive execution on defined AI and automation pilots.

Who You Are
Â
We are looking for someone who is:
A recent MBA graduate (or equivalent advanced degree) with strong academic performance
Highly curious about AI, automation, and how work gets redesigned.
Comfortable working in ambiguity without clear playbooks
A fast learner who picks up tools, systems, and concepts quickly
Naturally analytical but also pragmatic and execution-oriented
Not afraid to roll up sleeves and build things from scratch.
Energized by improving how organizations actually operate (not just strategy decks)

Preferred Skills
Exposure to HR, consulting, operations, or analytics roles (internships count)
Familiarity with tools like Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar
Exposure to AI tools (ChatGPT, automation tools, prompt engineering, etc.)
Basic understanding of HR systems (Workday, Dayforce, UKG, SAP, etc.)
Interest in process improvement, Lean, or Six Sigma concepts
