The HR Compliance Analyst as sists in the a dminist ration of the company-wide equal employment opportunity program s and broader HR compliance programs across the employment lifecycle, including AI-enabled and automated decision tools . Collects, analyzes, and interprets workforce and applicant data and prepares compliance reports, including adverse impact analyses and selection process evaluations . C ompiles statistics necessary to monitor the effectiveness of the company's Equal Employment Opportunity Program . Prepares standard metrics and ad-hoc statistical compliance reports . Supports compliance related to recruitment, selection , background checks, drug testing, leave administration, unemployment , and accommodations . Supports governance of AI and automated decision tools, including human-in-the-loop review, bias risk evaluation, notice obligations, and vendor compliance . Partners with HR Operations and third-party vendors to promote consistent , compliant practices and ensure audit readiness across all facilities. Works with third party vendors to administer and manage HR systems relative to employment screening. The incumbent should be able to perform all of the following functions at a pace and level of performance consistent with the job performance requirements. Prepares employee data utilized in the preparation of facility Equal Employment Opportunity Plan documents and distributes new plans . Collects, verifies, and accurately maintains statistical data relative to personnel activities and reporting requirements . Uses this data to monitor effectiveness of Equal Employment Opportunity programs . Prepares analyses of applicant and employee selection data, including adverse impact assessments and selection rate comparisons , and facility HR documentation and recordkeeping. Assists with facility pre-audit preparation for OFCCP compliance reviews, gathers data as needed for OFCCP desk audits, assists facilities with any required follow up or corrective action, and prepares any data needed for follow up reporting to OFCCP. Works with third party vendor s to administer and manage systems that support compliance with equal employment opportunity from pre-hire through separation processes , such as background screening, drug testing, I-9 vendor , and unemployment claims services . Provides appropriate access to and training on the systems for facility staff . Develops, updates , and distributes recordkeeping forms and mandatory notices to facilities and ensures that appropriate facility personnel are trained in the completion and processing of same . Conducts presentations and assists with training for facility Human Resources Managers on H uman R esources policies, processes, and compliance guidelines . Serves as a resource for facility HR staff on EEO p rogram requirements . Provides guidance on pre-employment screening processes including disclosures, authorizations, adverse action procedures , background adjudication, individualized assessment of criminal history, and proper use of consumer reports . Provides guidance on structured interview processes, interview questions, and scoring rubrics to ensure consistent and non-discriminatory hiring decisions . Supports governance of AI/automated employment tools, including evaluation of bias risk, documentation, and human review requirements. Provides guidance to facilities on other areas of HR compliance including leave tracking, disability/religious accommodation requests, and documentation of USCIS work eligibility requirements . Uses independent discretion in conducting research to provide analyses or data pertaining to C oreCivic E qual Employment Opportunity data and goals, including data for submission to the OFCCP in conjunction with compliance reviews. Responsible for providing data and information from the HRIS system to prepare and file federal and applicable state affirmative action required reports (EEO-1, VETS-4212, etc. ). Maintain and update HR compliance procedures, documentation and process workflows. Domestic U.S. travel may be required .
