British American Tobacco Mexico has an exciting opportunity for an HR Data Intern in Monterrey, Punto Valle.

Your key responsibilities will include:

 

  • Establish and maintain control and tracking of monthly and Ad-Hoc activities: Ensure effective oversight and tracking of both recurring and one-off activities on a monthly basis to ensure smooth operations and accurate reporting. 
  • Enhance efficiency, control, and standardization of routine business processes: Play a key role in streamlining and optimizing day-to-day business processes, ensuring consistent quality, control, and adherence to established standards.
  • Provide excellent service and follow-up to HR Stakeholders: Deliver high-quality support to HR stakeholders, ensuring timely responses and continuous follow-up. Additionally, develop and manage an internal agenda for training related to headcount and employment cost.
  • This role supports the HRSS team by enhancing control over daily activities related to data collection, cleansing, and organization. It also plays a key part in tracking and maintaining accurate Headcount and Employment cost information for LANCAR entities

 

What are we looking for?

  • Knowledge of Excel and digital tools

 

  • Career on Human Resources, Psychology or Administration related
  • Human Resources compensation basics
  • Nice to have Power BI knowledge
