As our HR & ESG data analyst, you'll turn data into meaningful insights that help Another Star make smarter decisions, meet regulatory requirements and drive positive impact for both people and the planet. Working across HR and ESG, you'll collect, analyse and report on data ranging from carbon emissions and energy consumption to diversity, health & safety and other workforce metrics.
You'll become the go-to expert for trusted ESG and HR data, helping shape how we measure, report and improve our performance. This is a unique opportunity to build and continuously strengthen our reporting capabilities, support our employee experience and ESG ambitions, and enable better decision-making across the business.
