<li><span data-contrast="auto"> Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including system setup, orientation scheduling, and exit interviews.</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto"> Manage employee lifecycle events such as promotions, transfers, relocations, and organizational changes.</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto"> Maintain accurate employee records in Workday and ensure timely updates.</span></li>
</ul>

<li><span data-contrast="auto"> Audit and maintain employee data in Workday, ensuring data integrity and compliance.</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto"> Generate and analyze reports to support HR metrics, headcount tracking, and compliance audits.</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto"> Support system upgrades, testing, and documentation for Workday and other HR tools.</span></li>

<li><span data-contrast="auto"> Support internal communications related to HR programs and policy changes.</span></li>

<ul>
<li><span data-contrast="auto"> Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto"> 1–3 years of HR experience (internships or co-ops welcome).</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto"> Experience with Workday or similar HRIS platforms (strongly preferred).</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Familiarity with immigration processes and compliance (a plus).</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto"> Strong interpersonal and communication skills.</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto"> High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto"> Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and contribute in a collaborative environment.</span></li>
