Overview
BRMi is seeking a HR Program Analyst to support our customer's Enterprise Performance Management initiatives, with a primary focus on execution of the year-end (Q4) performance cycle, insights generation, and ongoing process, technology, and data support.

Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end execution of the Q4 enterprise performance management cycle, including coordination, tracking, and issue resolution
- Analyze performance rating distributions and trends across business units, roles, and levels to generate actionable insights for HR and leadership
- Partner with HRBPs and COE teams to identify themes, risks, and opportunities in performance outcomes and calibration results
- Support performance management technology and tools (e.g., performance platforms, forms, reporting dashboards), including troubleshooting and optimization
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and datasets to support decision-making and executive communications
- Assist in process improvements, documentation, and scaling of performance management practices
- Provide operational support for stakeholder inquiries, data requests, and cycle readiness activities
- Contribute to development of materials for leader communications, training, and enablement
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting HR or performance data and identifying trends
- Experience with HR systems, reporting tools, and data visualization (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or similar)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a time-sensitive, high-visibility environment
- Strong attention to detail and process discipline
- Effective communication skills with ability to translate data into clear insights for stakeholders
- Experience supporting enterprise-wide processes or annual cycles (e.g., performance management, talent reviews)
- Comfort working across cross-functional HR teams and engaging with stakeholders at multiple levels
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting HR or performance data and identifying trends
- Experience with HR systems, reporting tools, and data visualization (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or similar)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a time-sensitive, high-visibility environment
