Reporting to the Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing employee lifecycle activities, supporting critical HR operations, and ensuring timely and accurate processing of employee information. Your work will directly impact employee satisfaction, operational excellence, and business continuity by ensuring HR processes are executed seamlessly and in accordance with established policies, procedures, and service level agreements.

In this role, you will collaborate with diverse stakeholders across multiple geographies and regulatory environments, gaining exposure to global HR practices and shared services operations. You will have the opportunity to work with HR technologies, contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives, and enhance data quality through reporting and analysis.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex problems, and is passionate about delivering high-quality HR support. This role provides excellent opportunities to broaden your HR operations expertise while contributing to a collaborative and performance-driven team environment.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Support key employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, employee data management, absence management, transfers, visa renewals, and offboarding activities.

  • Prepare employment documentation, including offer letters, and monitor background verification processes for selected candidates.

  • Review and validate payroll-related information, including salary changes, recurring payments, one-time payments, and banking information while ensuring appropriate documentation is maintained.

  • Deliver HR services in accordance with defined service level agreements (SLAs), quality standards, turnaround times, and customer satisfaction targets.

  • Monitor, analyze, and resolve employee inquiries through designated ticketing systems while ensuring a positive employee experience.

  • Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across different countries and regulatory environments to support global HR operations.

  • Identify process gaps, conduct initial root cause analysis, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and service quality.

  • Generate HR reports and perform data quality reviews using HR systems and reporting tools to support decision-making and compliance.

  • Champion a culture of safety, integrity, accountability, and continuous learning while embracing digital tools and innovative ways of working.

Your Background

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in HR Shared Services, HR Operations, or Employee Lifecycle Management, preferably within a global organization.

  • Experience working with HR systems such as Workday, SAP, SuccessFactors, Hi-Next, or similar platforms.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong customer service orientation.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

  • Flexibility to work night shifts in support of global business operations.
