What Your Day Could Look Like
- Youâll put your skills to work on advanced commercial HVAC systems, handling everything from troubleshooting and repairs to full system installations.
- Youâll work with a wide range of equipment, including chillers, compressors, pumps, rooftop units, and building automation systemsâusing modern tools like laser alignment and vibration analysis to get the job done right.
- Beyond the tools, youâll serve as a trusted expert to customersâdiagnosing issues, explaining solutions, and ensuring their systems run efficiently and reliably.
- Youâll also collaborate with a strong team of professionals, sharing knowledge, supporting apprentices, and continuing to grow your own expertise.

What You Bring
- Youâre a hands-on HVAC professional who enjoys solving problems and takes pride in quality work.
- You have several years of experience working on commercial or industrial systems and are comfortable troubleshooting a range of equipment, including chillers, boilers, pumps, compressors, and related systems.
- You understand mechanical systems deeply, including alignment and vibration diagnostics, and you can clearly communicate whatâs happening and whyâboth to teammates and customers.
- Youâre someone who wants to keep learning, sharing your knowledge, and represent the values of a company that puts customers and people first.
- You hold a Universal EPA refrigerant license and are open to travel as needed. This role also requires participation in the United Association of Journeymen and Apprentices.

*This is a Bargaining Unit Position.
Pay Range: $24.23 - 25.84 hourly rate determined by the CBA/rate sheet. Benefits are provided through a local labor union aligned with a collective bargaining agreement. The posted salary range reflects the target compensation for this role.
