What You’ll Do:
- Handle inbound and outbound voice calls professionally and efficiently
- Address customer queries, provide accurate information, and resolve issues on the spot
- Maintain detailed call records and follow company protocols
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet and exceed service standards
- Adapt to different customer personalities and handle challenging conversations with patience
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent spoken English and communication skills
- Positive attitude and a customer-first mindset
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs
- Basic computer skills and typing speed
- Open to freshers; candidates with up to 5 years of experience in customer service preferred
