Overview Lead the development of the strategy and leading the implementation of the Environment, Health and Safety agenda for ICF, ensuring the program delivers the legal and regulatory compliance, license to operate for all our operating facilities, whilst ensuring a progressive program of initiatives to drive the health and wellbeing of our associates. Lead Indochina Foods Sustainability agenda and will work, not only with the manufacturing plants and work with PepsiCo Global and Sector teams along with our Franchise partners Responsibilities Deliver EHS strategy and AOP plans in compliance with legal, environmental regulatory requirements (current and emerging): Ensure, through strict legal compliance, our license to Operate for all sites is maintained Ensure all PepsiCo EHS programs and adopted and embedded throughout the entire ICF workforce, including the manufacturing plants, warehouses, offices, Agro locations and Sales organizations. Lead the Waste Water Treatment Plant operations, the medical team and the security team at each of the manufacturing locations. Sustainability: Lead the development and management of AOP and PSP Sustainability to support the delivery of PEP+ goals Work closely with MU/Plant Sustainability Leads and Ops & GP Leadership to align on the agenda Develop and share Region sustainability scorecards, action plans, etc. and drive development of tools to support improvement in key opportunity areas Provide coaching and mentoring of site Recon trained experts to facilitate effective implementation programs at all sites Develop and Lead development of PepsiCo’s Best Practices implementation calendar across BU Foods Operations, Suppliers and Co-packers, ensuring proper resourcing, capex for successful implementation in accordance with delivery of PEP+ objectives and deliverables Performance Improvements: Monitoring results through KPIs results consolidation, analysis, and benchmarking Improving performance through supporting operations in setting action plans and ensuring their implementation Conduct performance reviews with function leads to ensure performance as per AOP targets. Drive ‘lift and shift’ of systems improvements (reporting, digitization and auditing) across all sites in line with Global and sector recommendations Lead EHS benchmarking exercises and externally against APAC to drive further transformational performance Deliver People programs: Lead culture transformation agenda in line with the Global and Sector strategy to achieve and maintain EHS culture across the organization Ensure deployment of annual EHS training plan across both Manufacturing and Non-Manufacturing Compliance Management: Develop and ensure implementation of all the required EHS compliance procedures, work instructions, policies, to meet with regulatory, legal and pep+ requirements Ensure ICF sites comply with PepsiCo GEHSMS and appropriate international standards through maintaining plants certifications by multi-certification 3rd party audits and GEHSMS self-assessment program Lead roll-out of PepsiCo’s EHS Best Practices Set and implement EHS Scheduled Planned General Inspections on defined intervals. Qualifications Bachelor of Engineering/ Science subject. Postgraduate qualification preferable More than 10 years’ experience in FMCG manufacturing, EHS, field and HO roles Minimum 5 years in EHS preferred Leadership experience and capability. Solid understanding of business levers Change management experience coupled with good analytical abilities Ability to work cross-functionally, cross-geographically and across multiple cultures Strong internal and external communicator, influencer, and negotiator Ability to set and prioritize short, mid and long-term objectives Have a sound technical knowledge of health & safety and environmental legislation and the impact on business continuity and of our operations and their impact on all the above Project management processes Knowledge in continuous improvement processes
