This position reports directly to the Associate Director of Data Management.</p> <h2><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h2> <h3><strong>Informatics Project Management</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Consult on and provide direct technical support for research projects of routine complexity and often requiring solutions not previously utilized by project teams.</li> <li>Develop and maintain programs to perform analyses and generate both routine and ad hoc reports.</li> <li>Generate ad hoc reports and regular datasets or report information for end-users using system tools and database or data warehouse queries and scripts.</li> <li>Integrate data from multiple sources to produce requested or required data elements.</li> <li>Summarize and report to internal leadership and external collaborators.</li> <li>Provide input and feedback to leadership regarding data requirements, data ascertainment, and quality control and assurance for internal use and site use. Detect deficiencies and implement corrective action needed; follow up and completely resolve detected deficiencies.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Technical / Analytics</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Liaise with clinical research staff, biostatisticians, Core Lab staff, and investigators at sites to support data transfers, data reconciliation, and analysis dataset generation.</li> <li>Participate in the development of analysis datasets (working to pull in and clean/harmonize data from disparate sources) and prepare data for extraction and analysis.</li> <li>Program and maintain report forms and formats, information dashboards, data generators, canned reports and other end-user information portals or resources.</li> <li>Engage and collaborate with stakeholders in cross-functional teams (Core Lab, Medical Affairs, Data Science, Engineering) in the development of artifacts defining the workflow and technical specifications in support of complex and/or novel clinical research projects.</li> <li>Generate data exports from databases via the development and execution of SQL queries.</li> <li>Specify and develop data characterization programs and corresponding visualizations.</li> <li>Lead the implementation, migration, and validation of research data systems.</li> <li>Perform mapping of data structures and values from one dataset into another.</li> <li>Participate in the design, development, and execution of data QA/QC activities.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Possess a working knowledge of statistical principles and analysis considerations taken into account during the planning of research projects.</li> <li>Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.</li> <li>Minimum of 3 years of directly related experience in the clinical research field.</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree.</li> <li>Experience with one or more programming languages (e.g., R, SAS, Python) strongly desired.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>The base salary range for this role varies by location and is aligned to market benchmarks.</p> <ul> <li>Candidates located in <strong>higher-cost labor markets</strong>, including California, Washington, New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Washington, DC represent the middle to high end of the range, while candidates located in <strong>all other U.S. locations </strong>represent the low to middle end of the range.</li> <li>Final compensation is determined based on location, experience, skills, and internal equity.</li> </ul> <p>This role is eligible for a 15<strong>% target annual bonus</strong>, resulting in the following <strong>base salary </strong>and <strong>Total Target Compensation (TTC)</strong> ranges:</p> <ul> <li><strong>Base Salary: </strong><strong><em>$154,000 - $178,000</em></strong></li> <li><strong>TTC: $177</strong><strong><em>,000 - $204,000</em></strong></li> </ul> <p>*Total Target Compensation (TTC): Total Cash Compensation (including base pay, variable pay, commission, bonuses, etc.) Additionally, stock options, paid benefits, and employee perks are part of your total rewards.</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong>Working at Cleerly takes HEART.
