Integration Analyst

Role and Key Responsibilities:

This role is responsible for analysing, designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise integration solutions that enable efficient data exchange across business systems. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and external partners to deliver reliable, scalable, and secure integration capabilities.

• Analyse business requirements and translate them into technical integration solutions.
• Design, develop, and support system integrations including APIs, services, and data pipelines.
• Document business and technical requirements, ensuring all integration artefacts remain complete and up to date.
• Perform data mapping activities to maintain data integrity and quality across systems.
• Collaborate with business units to understand integration requirements and data flows.
• Work closely with architects, developers, and external partners on integration initiatives.
• Monitor and troubleshoot integration processes to ensure optimal system performance.
• Support Unit Testing (UT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve system interoperability.
• Ensure compliance with governance, security, and data quality standards.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of integration architecture principles.
• Take ownership of assigned deliverables while managing priorities effectively.
• Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high quality standards.
• Continuously improve technical knowledge and stay updated with emerging integration technologies and best practices.

• Experience within Financial Services or Insurance is advantageous.
