Who We Are Looking For   Crisis24 is hiring an embedded Security Intelligence Analyst located in San Francisco, CA. The Analyst will be embedded with the client’s security team, you’ll monitor, analyze, and brief on open-source threats and real-world events that could impact personnel, sites, operations, and brand. You’ll deliver timely, business-relevant assessments and help strengthen threat management protocols. The role requires at least two days in the office at the client's San Francisco headquarters.   What You Will Work On   Provide proactive, in-depth OSINT analysis to identify and assess potential threats and risks (e.g., protests, violent extremism, crime trends, geopolitical crises, health threats). Map and track real-world events with potential impact to personnel, facilities, operations, and brand. Deliver timely, decision-grade intelligence and due-diligence assessments to inform security posture, reputational risk management, and policy. Conduct short-turnaround threat and person-of-interest investigations; contribute to the enhancement of threat management protocols. Optimize research/monitoring workflows and tools—leveraging AI and other innovative technologies where suitable. Brief senior management on key developments and trends, including during crises and incidents. Develop and maintain internal and external relationships to support risk monitoring and response, collaborating with private-sector, governmental, and academic partners. What You Will Bring Early- to mid-career intelligence professional with strong grounding in security intelligence and multifaceted threat/risk analysis. Proven OSINT research skills and clear, concise writing, briefing, and presentation abilities. Deep understanding of U.S. and global security and geopolitical issues—and how they affect private-sector organizations. Multidisciplinary skills beyond traditional intelligence; preference for branding & communications, data visualization, or graphic design. Self-starter comfortable tackling new projects with partially defined requirements and a need for creative problem-solving. Flexible, collaborative working style across in-person and virtual settings; proactive in managing time and stakeholder expectations. Commitment to work from the client’s San Francisco headquarters an average of two days per week (hybrid). The salary range for this position is $95,000 - $100,000 annually, based on qualifications and relevant experience.
