Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking an experienced Travel Risk Intelligence Analyst II to support a global client’s security and travel risk management program. The ideal candidate is an analytical, detail-oriented professional with strong judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to operate confidently in a 24/7 GSOC environment. This role is office-based in Annapolis, MD or Seattle, WA and requires flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, overnight, weekends, and holidays, with occasional travel to client locations.

What You Will Work On
In this role, you will monitor, analyze, and communicate security and travel-related developments that may impact client employees, assets, and operations globally. Key responsibilities include:
Preparing, issuing, and tracking multi-source travel security alerts for client travelers
Monitoring global events and Crisis24 alerts to assess potential client impact
Tracking travel to high- and very high-risk destinations and verifying required training and approvals
Conducting traveler safety check-ins and testing tools for high-risk travel
Recognizing and responding to crises, escalating intelligence and impacts to appropriate stakeholders in line with SOPs
Producing clear, concise written and verbal intelligence assessments using OSINT
Delivering intelligence briefings and security impact updates upon client request
Maintaining client metrics and producing regular travel risk and security reports
Supporting the development and continuous improvement of client processes, protocols, and SOPs
Proactively leveraging Crisis24 resources to address intelligence gaps and enhance analysis
Triaging client requests and ensuring timely, high-quality service delivery
Remaining consistently engaged with the GSOC and global teammates
Who You Will Work With
You will work under the direction of the Embedded Intelligence Services (EIS) Intelligence Manager, supporting the client’s Global Security Team and Global Security Operations Center (GSOC). The role involves frequent collaboration with internal analysts across global locations, third-party vendors, and client stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of the integrated travel risk management and global security program.
What You Will Bring
3–5 years of experience in travel risk management, SOC/GSOC operations, intelligence analysis, threat assessment, or incident response
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
Strong research, analytical, writing, and verbal briefing skills
Experience using travel risk management and communication platforms (e.g., Everbridge, SharePoint, Zendesk) and strong proficiency in MS Office
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills and sound professional judgment
Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with clients, analysts, and subject matter experts
Customer service mindset with a proactive and collaborative approach
Foreign language capability, travel experience, and data or mapping visualization skills are considered strong assets
Salary Range: $65,000 - $71,000 annually, depending on experience. Eligible for annual bonus. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off.
