CDL is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Business Analyst to join our agile, cross-functional software engineering teams. Working closely with Product Managers, the wider Business Analysts team, and Software Engineering teams, you will play a key role in eliciting, analysing, and documenting business requirements. You will support the successful delivery of application and process enhancements throughout the full software development lifecycle, ensuring business objectives are translated into effective and scalable solutions.
As CDL continues to evolve its AI-Driven Development Lifecycle (AI-DLC), you will play an important role in shaping requirements, validating AI-generated outputs, and ensuring solutions deliver value in a safe, effective and sustainable way. You will work across business, product and technology teams, helping navigate complexity and turn outcomes into actionable delivery plans.
As part of our growing Business Analysis Community of Practice, you will benefit from ongoing coaching, mentoring, and collaboration with experienced professionals.
