This role supports the International Benefits and Mobility Partner and the Senior Manager, Global Benefits, as well as employees, managers, and HR partners.</span></p> <h3>Key Responsibilities</h3> <p></p> <ul> <li>Provide administrative support to the International Benefits and Mobility Partner across different regions.</li> <li>Assist with benefits enrollments, vendor coordination, and data validation.</li> <li>Help maintain benefits documentation, plan summaries, and knowledge resources.</li> <li>Provide administrative support to the international mobility function.</li> <li>Assist in the administration of leave of absence processes across multiple regions.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with country-specific regulations and internal policies while maintaining a consistent employee experience.</li> <li>Apply standardized workflows and documentation to ensure consistency across regions.</li> <li>Monitor regulatory changes and escalate impacts to the International Benefits and Mobility Partner.</li> <li>Maintain audit-ready documentation and support compliance reviews.</li> <li>Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and employee experience.</li> <li>Support dashboards and metrics related to leave trends, utilization, and compliance.</li> </ul> <h3>You Are</h3> <p><span data-teams="true">Organised, calm under pressure, and have strong organisational skills with close attention to detail.
